KEY ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR

The Key Account Administrator provides high level administration support to our Senior Business Managers. The purpose is to become an expert in managing our customer’s end-to-end requirements, collaborating with the Senior Business Managers to drive profitable and loyal relationships. Understanding of all key milestones of serving allocated accounts, knowing customers profiles and their specific requirements, and understanding the product across our EPIC worlds is critical.

CREATIVE LEAD

The Creative Lead is a senior member of the design team, responsible for working as part of the Studio in our Publishing Department. Reporting to the Director of Studio Services, you are responsible for managing the creative for allocated projects in the Hinkler program. Providing high level conceptual design and roll out for new and reworked origination products, the Creative Lead strives to elevate and innovate our brands, creating visually and commercially effective outputs that drive the look and feel of the products forward.

SENIOR PROJECT EDITOR

The Senior Project Editor will support the growth of our worlds and help lead the journey in this growth category. The role reports to the Director of Studio Services and will be responsible for the progression of an established idea from concept to realisation. Manage allocated projects from origination to completion. The aim is to ensure Retail Customers including large format retailers such as Kmart, Target, Big W in Domestic, International, North America and UK markets receive high-quality products delivered on time, within budget and meets the required quality standards. We aim for Customers to be delighted with our products, leading to consumer success and revenue growth for Hinkler.
