Dynamics D365 Specialist / Developer


The Dyamics D365 Specialist will help with the day-to-day configuration and administration of the D365 system at Hinkler. This role has a broad scope including Business Analysis, User Support, Development, Design and Delivery. The Dyamics D365 Specialist will need to assist in the support of D365 Finance & Operation models, collect customer data and solve technical issues as they arise, amongst other responsibilities. 

This position would be best suited to someone with approximately 1-3 years of Dynamics 365 experience. We are growing as a business and have decided to implement D365 to improve our operational efficiency, which has created a range of engaging projects. Experience in Retail and/or Supply Chain is highly favorable. This position involves a hybrid working approach with 2-3 days in the office.



  • Assist in day-to-day support of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules
  • Solve technical issues encountered, raising to Microsoft support as required
  • Participate in client functional and technical workshops, to analyse and design Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical solutions
  • Collect customer requests and data
  • Conduct troubleshooting using questionnaires to find out the level of support needed
  • Work on integrations between ERP and other business systems
  • Gather requirements and produce Process Mapping and documentation to support the scoping of projects.
  • Managing project progress and adapting to work as required
  • Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions.
