Junior Graphic Designer


The Junior Graphic Designer works within our Development Team focusing on AU, UK and US markets. The role includes the roll-out of Hinkler projects, conceptual design, brand development, and creating high-quality mock-ups. The Junior Graphic Designer will need to be self-motivated, proactive in coordinating their work and willing to support the team to achieve business results. With a strong focus on learning and love for continuous improvement and execution, the Junior Graphic Designer strives to develop and grow within a high-performing design team.

As a naturally detail-orientated and organised individual, you will be supported to work on a full variety of brands and projects and support the team across multiple touch points. You will work with fun, colourful, and strategic designs within an amazing culture of bubbly personalities where your creative ideas are encouraged.   • Freelancers including Editors and Designers, Proofreaders, Authors, Typesetters, Vendors



  • A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or Visual Communications
  • 1+ years’ experience in graphic design
  • Experience working from concept through to development and execution
  • Keen to understand global design trends and commercial application
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Have strong communication skills and be willing to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, as well as autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail and appreciation for natural design fundamentals
  • Be able to manage time effectively and adhere to delivery to deadlines
  • Demonstrated understanding in graphic design application for product and packaging
  • Ability to produce strong typographic layouts and having a keen eye for design elements
  • Strong collaborative skills within and across teams, with an ability to work independently to get things done
  • A positive energy with a can-do attitude
